Who we are

About us

Ansoceanic is a forward-looking parent company with deep roots in Africa’s maritime industry, committed to advancing excellence across both logistics and fishing sectors. Built on a foundation of innovation, integrity, and reliability, Ansoceanic supports operational excellence by investing in infrastructure, sustainability, and regional growth. With a firm belief in creating long-term value, we operate with a sharp focus on safety, compliance, and community empowerment.

To better serve the diverse needs of our clients and partners, Ansoceanic has established two specialized subcompanies: ANS Logistics and ANS Trawling. Each operates independently under the Ansoceanic umbrella, allowing for targeted service delivery and industry-specific expertise while maintaining the overarching values that define our brand. These divisions allow us to expand our impact while maintaining operational focus and quality across different domains of the maritime economy.

We invite you to explore each subcompany’s journey, mission, and services in detail. Whether you're seeking top-tier logistics solutions or ethically sourced seafood products, Ansoceanic’s specialized arms are equipped to deliver.

Sustainability at Ansoceanic

As a company operating within Ghana’s marine domain, Ansoceanic is fully committed to protecting the ocean resources that sustain both livelihoods and the environment. We prioritize sustainable practices across both subsidiaries, aligning with national regulations from the Ghana Maritime Authority (GMA) and the Fisheries Commission of Ghana, as well as global frameworks like the IMO and FAO Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries.

In our logistics operations, we continuously invest in vessel maintenance, fuel efficiency, and spill prevention measures to minimize marine pollution. Our crews undergo regular training to uphold international health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards while supporting offshore energy development and port operations.

Within Ansoceanic Trawling, we are advocates of ethical fishing. All trawling activities are conducted under licensed quotas, with strict attention to bycatch reduction and seasonal fishing bans. We collaborate with local fishing communities, regulators, and marine researchers to promote long-term fish stock preservation, ensuring the sustainability of Ghana’s fisheries for generations to come.

Testimonial

Feedback

As a distributor servicing inland markets in Burkina Faso, we’ve struggled for years to find a seafood supplier that delivers both quality and consistency. ANS Trawling has changed that for us. Their cold chain logistics, customer responsiveness, and strict quality control have been instrumental in helping us grow our market share. What I appreciate most is their commitment to ethical fishing—something we increasingly value in our supply chain.

Regional Procurement Lead, Bobo Foods Ltd.

I’ve worked with many transport companies in the fuel business, but ANS Logistics brings something different to the table—a sense of ownership. Their team thinks beyond the shipment—they think about our business goals, compliance risks, and client satisfaction. That kind of partnership is rare, and it’s why we trust them with our most valuable cargo

Felicia Mensah

Logistics & Compliance Lead, GhanaPetro Marketing Co.

Working with ANS Trawling has been a game-changer for our seafood export business. Their ability to supply snapper, shrimp, and cuttlefish in volume—and maintain freshness across borders—speaks to a well-managed, professional operation. We’ve also been impressed with their environmental and licensing transparency, which makes international partnerships much easier

Ama Osei-Bonsu

Director of Trade & Logistics, GhaFresh Exports

We operate across multiple ports from Tema to Abidjan and finding a regional logistics partner that understands both the terrain and regulations was a challenge—until we met ANS Logistics. Their tankers are world-class, and their crews are extremely disciplined. What’s more, they always deliver on time, regardless of cross-border complexities
